Client Portal
Once your case is underway, you’ll be given access to your own secure Client Portal. This is where all findings, updates, and communications are stored in one place for your convenience and peace of mind.
Through the portal, you’ll be able to view time-stamped photos, videos, audio files, written reports, and any additional documentation related to your case. You'll also receive notifications when new evidence is uploaded or when an operative has added a progress update.
Your portal is fully encrypted, private, and only accessible with your login details — giving you complete control over when and how you review your case.

Confidentiality
All cases are handled with complete discretion. Client details and submitted information are never shared with third parties. Billing will appear under a generic business name ("SSI") to ensure privacy.
Legal Compliance
All investigations are conducted within the bounds of UK law. We do not use illegal methods, and any requests for unlawful activity will result in immediate termination of the case without refund.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued if the service is compromised due to an error or fault on our part. Change of mind or unsuccessful results due to lack of evidence do not qualify for a refund.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information. We cannot be held accountable for outcomes based on incomplete or incorrect details.
Evidence Handling
All evidence is delivered securely through our client portal. It is the client’s responsibility to store and use this information appropriately and lawfully.
Payment & Plans
Full payment is required before any service begins. Flexible payment options such as Klarna may be available but are subject to approval by the payment provider.
Timeline
Service timelines vary depending on the complexity of the case. Clients will be kept informed throughout, and delays (if any) will be communicated promptly.
